Our clients sought a site for their new corporate office with a desire to improve and enhance the fabric of the existing neighborhood. But which site should they choose?
We created multiple site designs to help our client understand the advantages and disadvantages of several potential building sites. Our input allowed them to make a careful and confident decision on how to move forward. In addition to new commercial construction, our client prioritized the restoration of the historic Sullivan House (c.1840) that sits on the corner of the project site. With multiple buildings, mature trees and antique iron fencing, the site feels much like a public park and honors its historic surroundings.
