Our team at Adam Green Architect led a stunning transformation of a dated 1960's ranch home while maintaining some it's finest features. The main level was opened completely to flood the space with natural light and show off the sweeping views of the adjacent golf course. These views are best enjoyed from the glass-railed cantilevered balcony which overlooks a terraced pool patio with sun deck with custom-built fire pit.

The use of natural limestone, copper and antique wood provide a richness and authenticity to the design that flows through the home's living spaces.

Despite the home's old-world materials, a complete smart home system is installed throughout which controls every comfort imaginable including lighting, temperature and entertainment at the touch of a tablet. Hidden doors and passageways, a 3-sided glass fireplace, and custom wine racks are just a few other of the many surprises hiding in this stunning home.
