We helped the owner prioritize all project goals, create a functional and achievable design, and bid the project out to multiple general contractors. Because of our client's careful decisions and thoughtful feedback, the project was constructed on-time and under budget.  Our design team was able to maintain the vibe of the original structure while also upgrading the building's restrooms, offices, fitness center and lounge.
