Listed on the National Register of Historic Places, the Kolb Homestead is a 58 acre farm rich with historic residential and agricultural buildings, including a handsome 1850’s farmhouse.
In an effort to usher the farm into the future, our clients have developed a hands-on experience for guests to interact with local crop and heritage-breed livestock production. Activities center around the restored and expanded farmhouse, which will house several bed-and-breakfast-style guest suites, a library, chef’s kitchen and wrap-around porch. Though the home will be expanded significantly, all efforts will be made to preserve and enhance the home’s historical character. After completion this unique agri-tourism site will provide an unforgettable experience for guests seeking a closer relationship with their neighbors, their food and their history.
